All repairs completed by SP Appliance are covered by a 90-day labor warranty unless otherwise stated. If a problem arises within this warranty period related to the service performed, we will re-evaluate and repair the issue at no additional cost.

Important Notice for Gas Appliances:
After 90 days from the date of service, SP Appliance is not responsible for any fire-related issues associated with gas appliances. We encourage all customers to have regular inspections and maintenance performed to ensure long-term safety.

3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and other forms as specified by SP Appliance.

4. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
